  • The Steve McQueen Band is fronted by singer/songwriter Steve McQueen (yes, that’s his real name). I’ve been playing bass with Steve for 15 years. Based in Calgary, we have toured western Canada and opened for the likes of David Lee Roth, Bret Michaels, 54-40, Ian Gillan and the Northern Pikes. The sound is a hybrid of classic rock influences with a modern approach and a working-class sensibility. Band members: Steve McQueen, lead vocals; Daryl Hornach, bass, backing vocals; Dave Mazil, guitar, backing vocals; Keith Campbell-Hope, drums, keys, backing vocals; Jeff Dann, guitar, backing vocals.

  • "Sing Your Song" from Self-Obsessed - EP by Sally & Yellow. Released: 2006. Track 2 of 5. Genre: Pop.

  • This is from an EP I put together a few years back with singer Malissa Rush under the band name Sally & Yellow (don’t ask…!) “Sing Your Song” is the only track that’s all me—music, lyrics, guitars, bass, vocals, programming. It was recorded using GarageBand in my home studio in Calgary. Gear included Yamaha six- and 12-string acoustic guitars, my 1974 Rickenbacker 4001 bass, an Apex 435 mic and Yamaha HS5 monitors.
