Chris Burling – oinkin’ down the street
I am a drummer and composer and I work in Accounts at the Halifax store. Previously, I taught drums at the Oshawa, ON location. I recorded this track with a Steinberg UR 44 and Apex mics. I recorded my Practice kit with a Zoom H4 and cut out a sample of a decent groove to use. I played my Yamaha Bass, Squire Strat, and Novation X Station Synth directly in with some of the standard Reaper plugins. I also played a Value Village Guiro, Gon Bops and Mountain Rhythm Congas, and some Dollar store Squeaking Pig toys.
