Karen Thornton – Hurry Up Christmas

I wrote this song because for some, Christmas is difficult especially when you’ve lost someone close. Recorded live off the floor in Ancaster Ontario with myself on Yamaha Baby Grand /Vocals with Paul Intson on Upright Bass.

Karen Thornton – Where does all the TP go?

I wrote this tongue in cheek jazz ballad when Covid 19 started in response to the lack of TP (toilet paper) as a result of people hoarding. Some comic relief during a difficult time, hope it makes you smile.

The song was recorded at our location by our « top shelf » recording department Ron Elliot, David Lindsay and Troy Pawczuk.

Troy Pawczuk – No easy way out

This is a song I wrote years ago that I decided to record. The keyboard player in the band I’m in UK47 laid down the electric piano part (thanks Dave). Just put it on Spotify.

David Lindsay – No Mo’e

Dave Lindsay and Andy Fur from the Burlington L&M along with Michelle LaHaise, make up the Dirty Blues Band. We do acoustic blues – Dave plays guitars, Andy plays the cajon and a suitcase bass drum, and Michelle sings. This track was recorded in the acoustic room at the Burlington L&M on a Zoom H5 using Aston and AGK mics, and was mixed in the Burlington Recording Department.
